Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each property
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Perform regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for work order management and tracking
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Stay updated on local market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements related to property management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
